Shipping

We ship throughout the UK and worldwide.
Please note that local tariffs and duties in your country may apply if you live outside the UK.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Our shipping rates are as follows:

UK

0-0.5 kg         £3.50

0.5-1 kg         £6

1-2 kg            £9

Over 2 kg      £15

EU & International

0-0.5 kg         £15

0.5-1 kg         £20

1-2kg             £24

Delivery:

For UK orders we aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. Please allow an additional 3 working days from dispatch for your order to arrive. 

We do an international order drop once a week so please allow additional time for your order to arrive from us. 

We use a combination of tracked Royal Mail and other tracked courier services.

We always endeavour to meet the expectations of our customers in processing orders as efficiently and professionally as possible. However we are an independent business with a small team, please allow for the above guidelines as a minimum when waiting for your order.

Returns

Any faulty or unwanted item purchased on this website can be returned as long as it is within 14days of delivery. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and it must still be in its original packaging. Items which are not in their original packaging or show signs of having been used cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can include this in the parcel with your returned item or send it via email to hello@themilkman.coffee.

Shipping

To return your item, please mail it to: The Milkman, 7 Cockburn Street, EH1 1BP, Edinburgh. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning a product, the refund or exchange will not include any shipping fee you might have been charged when buying it.

If you are shipping valuable items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance. In no case The Milkman is to be considered responsible should we not receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment. Please allow at least 15 days for your refund to show on your account.

If, after 15 days, you haven’t received a refund yet please proceed as follows:

  • Contact your credit card company (in some cases it takes some time before your

    refund is officially posted);

  • Contact your bank (often, banks have longer processing times).

    If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@themilkman.coffee.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to hello@themilkman.coffee and send your item to: 7 Cockburn Street, EH1 1BP, Edinburgh.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
